About KSS Ownership

The Kuwait Scientific Society (KSS) operates from Dubai with the collaborative support of renowned scholars from Asia and the Middle East. As scholars, we believe that scientific publications should be freely accessible. Therefore, under the KSS, we have listed journals whose editorial boards and managing editors have ceased publication. With the mutual consent of the journal owners and editorial boards, we continue to maintain these journals. While we do not claim 100% ownership of these journals, we fully respect the original owners' rights to reclaim their journals at any time, and we will return them upon request.

To ensure the highest standards of peer review and website interface, we have implemented the ScholarOne portal. Any editor or founder who wishes to reclaim ownership of their journal is welcome to contact us, and we will facilitate the transfer seamlessly.

Dear Authors and Readers,

We are pleased to announce significant updates regarding the Annals of Tropical Medicine & Public Health (ATM&PH) that will enhance your experience with our journal.

Journal Details:

  • ISSN (Print): 1755-6783
  • ISSN (Online): 0974-6005
  • Abbreviation: Ann Trop Med Public Health
  • Disciplines: Entomology, Infectious Diseases, Microbiology & Virology, Immunology, Epidemiology, Chemotherapy & Public Health

New Publisher: Starting from 2024, the Annals of Tropical Medicine & Public Health will be published under the auspices of the Kuwait Scientific Society. We believe this new partnership will bring forth innovative opportunities and strengthen our commitment to disseminating high-quality research.

Submission and Journal Management System: We will transition from the current submission and journal management system provided by Wolters Kluwer Medknow Publications to a new platform managed by ScholarManuscript.com. This new system is designed to offer a more user-friendly experience for authors, reviewers, and editors, facilitating smoother submissions and improved management of the peer-review process.

Migration of Existing Content: All existing content available on our current website (https://www.atmph.org/) will be seamlessly migrated to our new website (https://atmph.uk/). This transition ensures that past and present research articles remain accessible to our readers and researchers worldwide.

Key Dates and Actions:

  • Effective Date: The transition will take place starting January 1, 2024.
  • Website Access: During the transition period, please visit https://atmph.uk/ for journal access, submission guidelines, and updates.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing any disruptions. Our editorial team will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during this period. We are excited about the improvements these changes will bring and are confident that they will enhance your experience with ATM&PH.

Thank you for your continued support and contributions to the Annals of Tropical Medicine & Public Health. We look forward to your future submissions and readership.
